QUALITY POLICY

 Quality Management is fundamental in the activities carried out by VoltiLux S.L., and is applied to the installations and maintenance of electrical systems. Installation of telecommunications systems. Fire protection installation: Installer and maintainer 1, fire detection and alarm systems. Installer and maintainer 15, luminescent signaling systems.

The general guidelines and objectives that guide this entity in relation to Quality are reflected in this Policy, which has been defined by the Management.

Within the Quality Management System, VoltiLux S.L., adopts the following commitments:

– Ensure the integration of QMS requirements into business processes
– Promote the use of the process-based approach and risk-based thinking.
– Ensure that resources for the QMS are available.
– Communicate the importance of effective quality management and compliance with QMS requirements.
– Ensure that the QMS meets the organization’s quality objectives and expected results.
– Promote continuous improvement.
– Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and other requirements that the organization subscribes to.

This Policy will be available to all employees and all interested parties.
